Validity of contract

By making a purchase from Havus Eva Pettersson Kommanditbolag, the following agreement between the customer (you) with a minimum age of 18 years and the retailer Havus Eva Pettersson Kommanditbolag) is legally binding until further notice. For other types of agreements, please contact me before completing your purchase.

Delivery

Digital goods are available for direct download or delivered via email upon completion of your purchase.

Right of withdrawal

Digital downloads are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Complaint

You have the right to file a complaint on your product, for example if the pdf is unable to open.. You should report any defect as soon as possible or as soon as the error should have been discovered. To file a complaint on the product within two (2) months is to be regarded as fair. The trader has to prove if the defect was not originally there the first six (6) months. After this period, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the error was there originally or is the result of a production error.

Personal information

Havus Eva Pettersson Kommanditbolag is responsible for the integrity of the personal information given by my customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties. Read more about my privacy policy here.

License and Use of Digital Products

Your purchase of a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to download and access that product for the purpose of your own personal use.

Intellectual Property

The products, whether modified or not, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain Havus Eva Pettersson Kommanditbolag sole and exclusive property. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, the agreement can either be considered as judicially cancelled with neither customer nor Havus Eva Pettersson Kommanditbolag being entitled to any compensation or the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. Havus Eva Pettersson Kommanditbolag considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non-due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Havus Eva Pettersson Kommanditbolag, natural catastrophes and any circumstances, events and circumstances that are beyond my control.
